ABOUT PANAMA CITY BEACH

Welcome to Panama City Beach, "The Beach Lovers Beach," best known for its sugar-white sand beaches and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay.

Located in the Northwest portion of the state, Panama City Beach boasts over 27 miles of award-winning beaches and has been recognized by the Travel Channel, Southern Living Magazine and Dr. Beach as a top US beach destination.

We are excited to share our new 2 bedroom (plus bunk room) beachfront condo unit which includes almost 1,300 square feet of spacious living area and breath-taking views of the Emerald Coast.

ABOUT OUR CONDO

The condo is fully furnished, decorated with beach-style cottage décor and modern amenities to provide luxury accommodations for up to 8 people. It includes a gulf front master suite with king-size bed, walk-in closet, sliding glass doors to the balcony, and blackout window drapes. The master bath includes his & her sinks.

There is a guest suite with queen size bed, TV, and DVD/VCR player. There is also a bunk room (not nook) with 2 bunk beds. The couch in the living room also has a pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully outfitted with modern stainless steel appliances, cookware, and granite countertops. There's also a high-chair and pack-n-play if you have little ones.

Additional amenities include a 42-in flat-panel LCD TV in living room, wireless internet, a wet bar area with sink, granite countertops in the bathrooms, ceiling fans throughout, and full size washer & dryer.  Don’t waste valuable luggage space toting around CDs. Bring your entire music collection on your iPod or iPhone and enjoy on the Sony mini stereo system with integrated iPod/iPhone docking station.

To top off the extensive list of amenities and because your comfort is so important to us, we have furnished our condo with the finest bedding and bath accessories one would expect from a luxury hotel. The bedding includes Serta mattresses, with pillow-top mattress pads and fine, high thread-count, 100% cotton linens and the bath rooms are furnished with plush, extra-soft, 100% cotton towels.

ABOUT CALYPSO RESORT & TOWERS

Calypso Resort & Towers is a luxury family/kid-friendly resort condominium ideally situated on the west end of the beach next to Dan Russell Pier and across the street from Pier Park - the most exciting Retail & Entertainment experience in Panama City Beach's history...located so close to Calypso that it is the only resort shown on development site maps. That’s right, no need to get in the car for anything, since everything you’ll need is across the street at Pier Park.

A sample of Pier Park’s dining and shopping include; Jimmy Buffett’s Margaretville, Back Porch Oyster & Seafood Bar, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Panera Bread, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Marble Slab Creamery, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, just to name a few. Oh, and our personal favorite, Guglielmo's Italian Restaurant (spent 4 of 7 nights there during our stay in May 09).  And yes, of course they have Starbucks too. They even have the Grand Theater with over 20 cinemas.

Your private beach awaits you…a short trip down the high-speed elevator, past the tiki bar (may slow you up), between the two sparkling beachfront lagoon-style swimming pools, through the tropical landscape out onto the sugar-white sands.

ABOUT OUR FAMILY

Our names are Michael & Susan and we are a military Navy family currently residing in Springboro, Ohio. We have 2 wonderful children ;  Matthew is 5 and Marissa is 3. Michael is a career active duty Naval Officer and fighter/attack pilot flying the F/A-18 Hornet. He is nearing 20 years of service and is currently serving on joint duty with the U.S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Susan is an R.N. working in the workers compensation field as a Nurse Case Manager. She works for a California-based company out of her home office allowing her to maximize time with our kids and manage the condo.

We decided to purchase this condo as an opportunity to invest in our future and to capitalize on Michael's retirement from the military...a place for our family to create memories! Our goal is simple;
1.) to provide a vacation spot for our family
2.) to provide other vacationers with first-class beachfront accommodations in a resort complex at affordable rates using mutually agreeable terms and ethical business practices.
